We are printing a file that you created or purchased, we will attempt this file a maximum of five times before refusing to print any more. For these five prints we will adjust positions, supports and other print settings to achieve the best print for you, we will not adjust the file in any way. After these five attempts to print we will reach out to you, destroy the file on our end and refund you half the fee for running your project. the other half of the fee will be used to recoup time and supplies used to print your faulty file.
For a Fee we will redesign the part for you without changing its purpose or design, you must be able to provide the original file (obj. blend.scad.etc.) that the object was created with.
By purchasing the print service you agree to these terms of service.

Returns
Returns are valid for 30 days with receipt. there will be a 5% restocking fee on all returns that are not due to manufacturer defects. you will have to pay shipping and handling to return the item, upon receiving the item it will be inspected to determine if there are manufacturer defects, if there are manufacturer defects we will refund the return shipping cost to you with your normal refund
You can also opt for an exchange of items that have manufacturer defects in them at no cost. You will have to ship the item back to us at your expense, upon receiving the item it will be inspected to determine if there are manufacturer defects, if defects are found then we will refund your shipping cost for the return shipping.

TERMS OF SERVICE
For purchase on products there is a 7 day lead time as we produce these items to order, these items may vary in color, due to cameras batches of materials and your monitors resolution.
For printing your file we will print them a maximum of 5 times changing the way it is printed with out changing the design in any way, if we can not get a successful print after 5 attempts the file will be destroyed on our end and we will refund you half of the order cost. IE you order 5 hours of print time at 10$/hr., you will be refunded 2.5 hours at 10$ /hr. this is to recoup the loss in materials and time for your faulty file.
